On behalf of all guide dog handlers who have been the victims of vicious dog
attacks and repeated incidents of dog interference, we are proud to present:

information about working teams, appropriate response protocol for
responding officers and suggested improvements to local regulations that can
be implemented to assist responding officers when handling calls involving a
